What I Learned

  • A little bit each day is either good or bad, depending on the habit. A small seed will multiply.

  • It’s girly and cute, and I LOVE IT. I don’t care if you think it’s basic or pointless.

  • You have to let go, drop your shoulders, take a deep breath, and move on.

  • I still need SPF 75.

  • Your past impacts your now, but it doesn’t have to create your future.

  • “It doesn’t have to be.”

  • I am healthy and blessed with the life I have.

  • You can’t force anything or anyone to be what you need; only you can be what you need.

  • You can do everything, but not everything is for you.

  • I still refuse to go back on social media (minus Pinterest). I have so much peace, and I feel so alive.

  • Quit lying to yourself.

  • “What if it takes a year? The year will pass anyways.”

  • Do it terrified.

  • You have to live in this body, so take care of it and get out of your head.

  • I don’t need to hide my weirdness #weirdgirlsummer #fcoolgirl/hotgirlsummer

  • One foot out of the grave and one foot in the rave.

  • Give it to God, no matter how small or silly you think it is.

  • Better an oops than a what-if.
